Refund and Returns Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes or cancel an order. You can request modifications (such as size, address, or product changes) or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel, personal care products, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

We offer refunds for the following reasons:
✔ Wrong or defective item received
✔ Significant printing issues
✔ Item received does not match the description

To request a refund, send us an email at [email protected] with photos of the issue. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 25-40 business days, contact us for assistance. In case of lost packages, we may offer a full refund or replacement.

Order Tracking Issues

  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Tracking updates may take 5-10 days to reflect in the system. Please be patient.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately. We will try our best to update the shipping details, but once the order is processed, we cannot make changes.

Custom Fees & Duties

Customs fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We label our shipments as low-value gifts to reduce the chance of additional fees, but we cannot guarantee exemption from customs charges.
